Pressure coming down on me

My husband is getting ready for his first big tournament of the season.  He plays in a super fun member-guest tournament in my hometown - Scottsbluff, NE.  After the matches conclude, the top teams in each flight play in a "derby" where they go head-to-head against the other winning teams with EVERYBODY WATCHING!  Literally 100's of people.

This may be an extreme example but we've all felt the heart-pounding pressure standing on the first tee as you are getting ready to play with new people or in a competitive match.  A few nerves are completely normal and not necessarily a bad thing - some think it can actually help your game and heighten your focus.  Okay, so nerves aren't a bad thing as long as you can keep them in check.  Here are three simple steps to help you stay cool.  Talk soon!
